Given that a unit of the same size sold for 2.1 billion won last July, many are taking notice, as a market margin of about 1 billion won could be realized immediately upon winning.

However, the eligibility requirements are quite specific and strict. You must be a homeless head of household residing in Seoul as of the recruitment announcement date, August 10. While the winner is chosen by 100% random draw regardless of whether you have a subscription bankbook, winning imposes a 10-year ban on re-winning and a 3-year mandatory residency period, so applying out of simple curiosity could result in disadvantages.
