The highly anticipated new tvN weekend drama '100 Days of Lies' has finally unveiled its veil. Along with the news of its October 10th premiere, tvN released the first character stills set against the backdrop of the 1932 Gyeongseong Station. Featuring Kim Yoo-jung and Park Jin-young, along with a star-studded cast including Kim Hyun-joo, Lee Moo-saeng, and Jin Seon-kyu, the drama perfectly captures the cold yet fervent atmosphere of the 1930s.

What makes this work so intriguing is the unique confrontation between the two leads. Kim Yoo-jung plays Lee Ga-kyung, a legendary pickpocket who infiltrates the Governor-General's office as a translator for an anti-Japanese organization, while Park Jin-young plays Kim Tae-woong, an elite translator for the Governor-General. The tense psychological warfare between a real translator and a fake one as they hide their identities, along with the fatal romance that blooms amidst it, is the core highlight of the show.

The collaboration of a production team known as a guarantee for success further raises expectations. Director Yoo In-shik, who created a syndrome with 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', has teamed up with writer Ryu Bo-ri, beloved for her delicate emotional storytelling in 'Do You Like Brahms?'. It will be worth watching how this production, which combines the gravity of a period piece with the genre thrills of a spy melodrama, will captivate viewers this fall.
